My name is Alia Fakhry, I am Lebanese but was born and grew up in Ivory Coast (West Africa). I’ve been in the US. for 18 years, 12 of which have been in the bay area, between SF and Oakland. As an international student, I’ve accomplished an A.A in culinary arts, and a B.S. in hospitality management with a minor in business administration. I have been working as a chef for 15 years, 3 of which, I was professionally trained as a vegan/superfood chef. My focus is on clean, sustainable, healing foods, as I consider food to be medicine.
